I will say that when I was 21, I met a man that was twice my age But looked my age and shared with me his diet and changed my life ever since. He said to me, "You look great now, only because you're 21. If you were my age and looked like this, that would be a different story. " So here I am, sharing with you my diet and how to cut weight.

First things first, If you're cutting, stay away from breads, pastas and any refined carbohydrates. Refined carbohydrates and sugars are the worse foods to eat when you want to cut. There are no nutritional values and really isn't good for your body. Most of the time if you eat something bad, you follow through with eating something else that isn't good for you.

Knock off the sodas, the beers, alcohol, the high sugar smoothies and dairy products.

You should eat as natural as you can with foods that fuel your body with vitamins and energy.

Eat small meals but frequently. Everyone's BMI and BMR are different, so consult a nutritionist or a dietitian for portion and consumption amounts.

If sugars are bad, then are fruits bad to eat while cutting? Absolutely not. Anything made from the earth like vegetables and fruits will always be good for you. That doesn't mean eat 20 apricots at one sitting. Moderation is key. Drink a lot of water and keep your body hydrated before workouts, during and after. I will say that eating as many vegetables as you want in their natural form will be fine.

So if you can't eat spaghetti, pizza or a cheese burger, then what do you eat? Well cutting weight is quite serious. If you work out and you've been consistent for months but you absolutely look the same, then changing up your eating habits and diet will definitely give you results. You have to eat. Yams, sweet potatoes, brown rice, You have to eat the carbs too. So if you decided to cut, it's a great thing. It doesn't mean that life is over and you can't eat anymore, it means life is great because you decided to watch what you eat and nourish your body with fuel and vitamins. Learn about portion control, probiotics, and maintaining a good diet. Turn your clean diet into a lifestyle and bring back your youth. You will heal your body and you will age gracefully.
